After our first outing he had me pegged. He was incredibly respectful of my time and showed me inventory with purpose. He was genuinely 'protective' and wanted to ensure that whatever I made an offer on was really going to be a quality investment. Once I landed on a place I knew I could love, he did the research and negotiated a great deal for me. Harper took care of every detail right through closing.
