Harper Fox is a Broker-in-Charge and top-producing real estate agent with Corcoran HM Properties in Charlotte, North Carolina. Licensed since 2008, Harper has guided buyers and sellers through multiple market cycles, helping clients make confident decisions across everything from in-town condos and starter homes to luxury properties and new construction. He leads the firm’s Waverly office while actively representing clients throughout South Charlotte, including SouthPark, Ballantyne, Waverly, Dilworth, Myers Park, and surrounding in-town neighborhoods.

 

Known for his calm, strategic approach, Harper is often described as a trusted advisor during one of life’s most important financial decisions. Sellers value his honest pricing guidance, polished marketing, and hands-on management of every detail, while buyers rely on his deep neighborhood knowledge, builder relationships, and ability to clearly explain the process—particularly first-time purchasers and relocating families. A native North Carolinian, Harper grew up in Wilmington before moving to Chicago, Sacramento, Charleston, and ultimately Charlotte, where he discovered his passion for real estate. After earning his license, he spent more than a decade as a top producer with a major regional firm before joining Corcoran HM Properties in 2020.

 

His career has included work on high-profile joint ventures and mixed-use developments, giving him a broad perspective on residential, commercial, and new-construction opportunities in the Charlotte market. Today, Harper’s business is intentionally balanced between listings and buyers, with a growing focus on higher-end homes and builder partnerships. His role as both a sales leader and full-time agent allows him to combine the systems and insight of management with the personalized service of a dedicated advocate for his clients. Harper and his wife, Katherine, live in the SouthPark area with their two children and their rescue Labrador, Lucy.

 

Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, architecture and design, exploring Charlotte’s neighborhoods, and spending time with his family—interests that mirror the lifestyle-driven approach he brings to helping clients find the right place to call home.
